Welcome to n75tech, where we know how frustrating technology can be. Whatever problem you have whether you can't connect to the WiFi, or you can't get your phone to do something, or your computer is telling you its needs to update, or you are getting a message on your device and you're worried about pressing the OK button, or maybe you've bought a new device and you want some support to get it setup.
We can help with all that and more.
Based in North Leeds, we are fully DBS checked so you can feel safe & secure when dealing with us. We can come to you whether that is at home, or a location of your choice, and provide support, advice and fix whatever it is.
At n75tech, getting your problem fixed will not cost you the earth. We operate a simple approach where we charge
£30 per hour no matter what it is we are helping you with.

If you are keen to learn the ins & outs of your own website and are tech savy, then we can provide you with a document walking you through how to go about building your own free website, along with lots of additional resources that you might find useful.

If you decide you want to build the website yourself but you want on hand support then we can co-build it with you where you build it but we coach you through it as you progress. We typically do this via video call.

As you might expect this depends on how much time it takes to build and launch the website. We typically break the process into stages, where we provide you guidance then you make progress on your own, then we come back together and this cycle continues until its complete. This way you can keep the cost down. We charge an hourly rate of £35, and have a reduced hourly rate of £30 when you purchase buckets of 10 hours.

Through this process you will gain enough knowledge to manage the website yourself once its launched, but you can always come back to us for support should you need it.

How we work...
We build the website for you with you providing input & feedback as we progress giving you control over the end result. We start by asking you some questions about the kind of website you want and talk about colours & look and feel. Then we build it, you review it, and we adjust it based on your feedback. We typically have 2 or 3 cycles of this before its complete.

For a simple one page informational website which would typically take 10 hours to build & launch, we would charge £400. As each website is different the cost will vary. We can explain in our initial meeting once we understand what you need what the likely cost will be before we proceed.

We always provide documentation for you to self manage your website once it is live, but you always have the option to come back to us for support should you need it.
